Keerthy Suresh
Keerthy Yessh was born 17 October 1992 in India, is a movie actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil as well as Telugu film, as well as a handful of Malayalam. In 2018, she received the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing the role of actress Savitri. Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her, as was an Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is the daughter of film producer G. Suresh Kumar and actress Menaka G. Suresh. Her career began as a child actor at the beginning of 2000 and was back in films following her studies of fashion design. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam movie Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy embarked on her very first Malayalam projects, and then began working on projects in Tamil in parallel. The film she released was her debut, A. L. Vijay's romance comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015, opposite Vikram Prbhu. It was not successful at the box-office. To fit in bigger projects, she had to cancel films that she'd already begun working on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. Then, she worked on Rajini Murugan's Remo and Remo in two film. In addition, Dhanush and she played the lead roles for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The movie's release was pushed back in the year 2015, and now is expected to be after September 2020. It will have an alternative title, Janakitho Nenu. In 2016, Nenu Sailaja which starred Ram Pothineni, was her debut. Keerthy was first seen with Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) alongside actor Vijay. She also made appearances in Tamil films like Paambhu Sattai as well as Telugu film Nenu Local.
