The actress who was featured as a cover star for Vogue magazine, now lives in Beverly Hills along with Samantha and Olivia. They were together for 8 years before they were divorced for 20, but Ann Turkel is still struggling to accept her husband's death, Richard Harris. Born into an Jewish middle class family, and raised in Manhattan, Turkel had, as a teenager, studied in the company of Sanford Meisner at the Neighborhood Playhouse, and Philip Burton at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Ann was discovered at an Vogue Magazine fashion show by Gloria Schiff, an editor. Within one week, editor-in-chief Diana Vreeland had Ann shoot her very first Vogue cover in collaboration with photographer Richard Avedon. Ann was one of the most sought-after models in the United States, appearing as a cover model for leading fashion magazines such as Vogue Bazaar or Cosmopolitan. Ann modeled successfully for cosmetic companies such as Max Factor Revlon, Chanel and Europe in Europe following two years.
